I would highly recommend Nature's Way to anyone in need of aquamation services. They are the only facility of its kind in MIchigan and even coming from the Metro Detroit area, it was well worth the drive. Drew went above and beyond for our family to honor our beloved puppy Gordie after he passed away suddenly. He did a beautiful job with his personalized urn and paw prints, and kept in touch with us throughout various steps of the process. He was very kind and comforting during such a difficult time-I even joked he needed to charge extra for therapy after talking with me on the phone for almost a half an hour when I first called him! He has a gift for working with people going through such a sad situation. Prices were very reasonable and after learning about the process and environmental benefits, I would definitely continue to choose this over cremation in the future.

When my partner and I found out our girl, Izzy, was terminally ill, we wanted to ensure we had a plan for her after she passed. From the first call I made to Drew to discuss plans for Izzy, he was comforting. Although we were going through a heartbreaking time, his genuine kindness gave us some relief. When our time frame for plans abruptly changed, Drew was incredibly flexible. We are so happy that we trusted Drew and his team with our sweet girl.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Drew and his group at Natures Way Pet Aquamation. Our German Shepherd, Dakota Rayne, passed away last week. She was an amazing dog, our family, and best friend. We decided to keep her with us. We called around and Natures Way just seemed like the right company to care for our girl. Drew and his team were awesome. They showed professionalism, kept their word, were affordable and most importantly empathetic concerning our loss. My Dad's dog passed away over night. Nature's Way was out to pick up Ally within 2 hours of my call. They were unbelievably compassionate, fairly priced and handled the transport of our dog with so much care and understanding. Pets are family and they deserve to be treated with the respect that Nature's Way provided. This is a family owned business and I highly recommened them for your pets cremation services. When looking for options on cremation for my 15 year old, sweet old boy I came across Nature's Way so I called & talked to Drew he took time to explain what goes into the process & this for us really feels like a better way than regular cremation. I can't say enough good things about the service & how heart felt we were treated. My boy was back to us in 3 days in a beautiful wood box all included. Drew was very sweet and never made me feel stupid for crying on the phone. He kept me updated every step of the way, and I just brought my kitty home. The urn they gave me is lovely, and far nicer than I ever would have expected. As much as I don't want to *need* their services again, if and when I find myself in this position I'll definitely be back.
